FEA Modelling

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a computer simulation technique used in stress and vibration analysis.

FEA is an important tool used to ensure our mixers maintain reliability and perform predictably and consistently. We combine FEA with proprietary tools, lab testing, and our existing knowledge base to design solutions for problems and applications ranging from the simple to the very complex. With this system we can test and create both standard and unique configurations to meet the specific needs of each application.

This allows us to provide custom mixing solutions in a timeframe and cost comparable to an
off-the-shelf product.
