The Raptor 4002 delivers advanced biological waste treatment to lagoons.

Our directional aeration and mixing solution for wastewater provides an advanced biological waste treatment program to reduce odor and surface foam. If desired, the process controls targeted deposition and will provide the lowest overall cost of aeration operations in the industry.

High-speed surface aerators lack deep penetration since the process relies on surface splashing and provides a minimal zone of influence. This leads to the industry-wide problem of “flower pots”. This happens when localized vertical aeration allows for dead zones between units where poor mixing contributes to uncontrolled accumulation of deposition.

The Raptor Directional Aeration and Mixing System produces controllable, directional flow of oxygen saturated water. The oxygen is slowly depleted (indicated by color changes from red to white) by aerobic bacteria. The flow reaches the second Raptor and the process repeats itself, creating linkage.

Avoid the problems that often arise when using competitive product and process application techniques. Conventional turbines induce entrainment air, require significantly greater power and produce less flow.
