Incorporating the world's largest and most comprehensive mixing and aeration laboratory, several PhD level experts, and over 50 years of expertise in aeration technology, Philadelphia Mixing Solutions has the broadest industry-wide experience evaluating the widest array of aeration technologies.

From scale-up tanks to full-scale aeration testing in our 750,000 gallon basin, the R&D lab is available to provide results of equipment upgrades, process improvements, and comparative studies. 

All testing is performed to ASCE guidelines for clean water aeration testing to ensure objective comparison of alternate technologies taking the guess-work out of the design process – dispelling myths.

Standardized testing provides the foundation for projecting “real world” performance to accurately predict effluent results – reducing risks.
